Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that plays a key role in recovery, gut health, and immune support, especially during periods of hard training or calorie restriction. Faction Labs Glutamine is designed to support muscle repair, reduce recovery time, and help maintain training intensity session after session. Simple, effective, and easy to stack with your daily supplements, it’s a foundational tool for consistent performance and recovery.

Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 150-250 mL of water or your beverage of choice or add to your pre- or post-workout shake.

Use 1-3 times daily: morning, immediately after training, and/or before bed.

On non-training days, take between meals. Consume immediately after mixing.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a cool dry place. Keep away from excessive heat or moisture. Consume within 180 days of opening.
