Change of Mind 

Before Dispatch: If the product has not left our warehouse, store credit will be offered for change of mind, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

After Dispatch: No exchanges or refunds for change of mind once dispatched due to food safety risks. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods 

Refunds are only offered for damaged or faulty goods. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us with 24 hours of delivery with photos. Items that are not submitted as faulty in this timeframe will not be accepted. info@discountedsupplements.com.au
