We delivery our full range of Supplements Australia-Wide.

Delivery anywhere in Australia, is from $10 for standard shipping. When your order is over $150, your will enjoy free shipping from us!

IMPORTANT: If your order does not arrive by the indicated date on the tracking information you have 20 days to lodge a missing parcel inquiry.  Inquiries lodged after this date WILL NOT not be covered by insurance - We will not refund or replace your item if your claim is not submitted in the 20 day period as we cannot recover costs. 

You'll receive an initial confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available, we'll email you an order tracking number.

Most customers receive order in 2-5 business days! As long as:

  • You order before 12pm (AEST) Monday - Friday
  • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like PayPal Instant Payment or credit card
  • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
  • You are not in a remote location
  • Please note parcels going via Australia Post (NT, PO Box, Defence Addresses) and bulky parcels going to WA may take longer than 1-3 business days.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky. Heavy or bulky orders are sent by road. You can use your order tracking number to get an estimate of delivery times to your address by road freight. If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct debit, PayPal eCheck and other payment methods may take some time to clear. 

Our couriers DO NOT require a signature as standard to leave a parcel. They will leave your parcel if safe to do so.  If it is not safe, they will take it to a collection point.

All parcels are covered for up to $300.  Further insurance is available on request.
