HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST TO MY ADDRESS?

Delivery anywhere in Australia, is from $9.99 for standard shipping. Optional Upgrade to express shipping is available at the checkout.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING WITH DISCOUNTED SUPPLEMENTS?

When your order is over $150, your will enjoy free shipping from us!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MAKE AN ORDER?

You'll receive an initial confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available, we'll email you an order tracking number.

WHEN WILL MY SUPPLEMENTS ARRIVE?

Most customers receive order in 2-5 business days! As long as:

• You order before 12pm (AEST) Monday - Friday
• You use a payment method with instant clearance, like PayPal Instant Payment or credit card
• Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
• You are not in a remote location
• Please note parcels going via Australia Post (NT, PO Box, Defence Addresses) and bulky parcels going to WA may take longer than 1-3 business days.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky. Heavy or bulky orders are sent by road. You can use your order tracking number to get an estimate of delivery times to your address by road freight. If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct debit, PayPal eCheck and other payment methods may take some time to clear. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER COMES?

Our couriers DO NOT require a signature as standard to leave a parcel. They will leave your parcel if safe to do so.  If it is not safe, they will take it to a collection point
