Suggested Use

Add 35g (2 level scoops) into 250 - 300ml water of water and mix well with a shaker or blender and consume immediately. Can be used with skim milk, milk, coconut water or fruit smoothie. Replace lid immediately after use. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
